Alongside the quality of the product and the customer service we received, the standout aspect for us was that ARW took the initiative to create the solution. Other suppliers all just wanted to replace our collapsed wall with a similar wall, but ARW suggested something different that turned it into a landscaping improvement.

ARW have just completed a major project at our block on the river at Morgan and did a great job across all phases of the project. From arranging the required approvals, engineering assessments and drawings, three tier wall demolition and then full re-construction and finally the clean up. ARW were fantastic from the first phone call to the completion of our project. Their estimator came out a couple of times to talk through the options around how we could proceed with our project that had complexities from the existing retaining wall needing partial removal, easements, tight access etc, which was great to be able to talk through to ensure what we wanted could be delivered.

And the construction team that were assigned were amazing. They would provide updates through the day, and if they had any queries or I of them, it was easy to talk through to find solutions and progress the job. Kept everything clean and tidy and the final finish was exactly what was discussed and designed at the beginning.

From the outset of the sales process, and our very very long process through insurance, we never felt pressured but always that you were right there. The team that did the physical work on a very big job, were absolutely amazing, always leaving the property clean and tidy at end of the day. We also loved the way the team did their best to minimise impact to our driveway and then made good our terraced garden area ready for landscaping. Absolute respect, thank you.

We highly recommend Adelaide Retaining Walls. Our retaining was badly damaged in the 2022/23 River Murray floods. We contacted them and provided photos of past and present. They were quick to work out a plan to get a wall back better and more practical.

We kept adding and they were very accommodating of all our requests.

We would definitely recommend Adelaide Retaining Walls. After building our house for 5 years through a pandemic we do not have many nice things to say about the building industry. This company has changed our mind, the reception staff are the most welcoming people we have dealt with along this journey. All the people from the people giving quotes to the guys building the walls and installing the fence they were so careful and generous with their time. The level of care the teams took building the retaining wall left us with such a beautiful retaining wall, we promptly rehired the crew to build another retaining wall for us. We cannot speak highly enough of this whole company and wish we had experienced close to this level of care for the rest of our build.

Dear Leigh Just a short note to say thank you very much for you and your team's efforts in removing and replacing my retaining walls. This was no small task considering there were approximately 160 sleepers and all of them had to be cut to size, plus plenty of obstacles along the way, least of all replacing the boundary fences that involved 4 neighbours. From the first day you arrived to commence the job your attitude was "no problem". I confess I wasn't completely convinced but true to your word there were no problems.
