This project delivers a clean, structured retaining solution designed to stabilise the site while creating a sharp, modern boundary. Built to manage the natural slope, the wall provides a consistent and visually streamlined outcome across the entire length of the installation.

Constructed using concrete sleepers, specifically the Blackwood Sleeper from the Outback Sleeper range, the wall features a smooth, uniform finish with a bold, contemporary appearance. The darker tone adds depth and contrast to the space, while the precision installation ensures straight lines and a high-quality overall presentation.

Paired with galvanised steel posts, the system is engineered for long-term performance in South Australia’s reactive soil conditions, delivering both strength and reliability without compromising on aesthetics.

A key element of this project was the incorporation of the client’s existing moss rocks. These were reused on site and not supplied or installed by Adelaide Retaining Walls, helping maintain a natural, established feel alongside the new structure.

As with all Adelaide Retaining Walls projects, detailed attention has been given to footing design and drainage to ensure the wall performs structurally for years to come. This project reflects a well-executed solution that combines durability with a clean, architectural finish.
